These terms cover your use of Mailyard. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your company.

1 The service

Mailyard provides email inboxes, domains, dedicated IPs and related tools for sending business email, including cold outreach.

2 Your account

You are responsible for your account, your team members and everything sent from your inboxes.

Keep your credentials safe and turn on two-factor authentication.

3 Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy. We may pause or suspend inboxes that put the network or other customers at risk.

4 Billing

Inboxes and dedicated IPs are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month.

5 Your data

You own your data. We process it only to run the service, as described in our privacy policy and data processing agreement.

6 Liability

We work hard to keep sending reliable, but inbox placement depends on many things outside our control and is not guaranteed.

7 Changes

We will tell you about material changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
